For backup & restore feature, we use Google Drive API with a high security option to store your data on your Google Drive storage. No one can access the backup file except the app which created it. All your data are absolutely safe.
App Permissions
READ_SMS – Allows the app to read SMS details
RECEIVE_SMS – Allows the app to receive SMS.
SEND_SMS – Allows the app to send SMS.
READ_CALL_LOG – Allows the app to detect and read phone calls.
READ_CONTACTS – Allows the app to pick recipients from your contact list.
SMS and Call logs permissions: our app does not send any SMS messages, anywhere, unless it is configured by the user. SMS & Call logs Permissions are used to send SMS auto replies on the user’s behalf, and it will be only used for this purpose. No user data is ever collected or shared through this permission.
Hands-Free Calls Auto Reply App Use
This Policy and Agreement becomes effective upon the user’s download (from Google Play Store) and use of the application.
Use of the app is at your own risk. You must seek legal counsel to provide you with advice on whether your specific use or intended use of this application is in compliance with applicable law and industry best practices.
Developer is not liable to user for any damages, including compensatory, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, connected with or resulting from this agreement or user’s use of this application.
User agrees to defend and indemnify Developer and hold Developer harmless from all claims, losses, damages, complaints, or expenses connected with or resulting from user’s business operations.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
When you use the Application, you generally may provide (a) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (b) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (c) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information. We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
Automatically Collected Information – In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, such as the type of mobile device you use, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application. This information is stored in the app database and you may transfer to us information collected by the app under certain circumstances ( in case of device-dependent issues).
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
