I have only sought out technical support once, but was extremely impressed with the incredibly fast response time and willingness of the developers to provide assistance. SMS Auto Reply PRO's developers continue to tweak and refine the software, enabling it to perform new tasks in an increasingly more efficient way. The most recent version of this software is more intuitive and has consolidated the setup menus to make it simpler and quicker to create "Auto Replies". SMS Auto Reply PRO has been a "must have" app on my phone for some time, has performed reliably and flawlessly for both business and family calls and texts, and I highly recommend it without reservation.
